SAT-101 Vehicle Terminals

After a comprehensive research, Nashita has chosen Satamatic's SAT-101 Terminals for its tracking solution. Satamatics is the main provider of tracking solutions based on Inmarsat D+ Satellite system and owns and operates an international network of satellite gateways and data handling centers. More than 20,000 SAT-101 terminals have been sold in the past 18 months.

SAT-101 is a compact, low data rate, satellite terminal designed to operate over the INMARSAT satellites using the INMARSAT D+ protocol. With an integral GPS receiver, the SAT-101 provides low cost satellite communications for applications such as asset tracking, telematics and SCADA exception reporting.

With extensive input/output ports, the SAT-101 can be connected to multiple sensors for monitoring the status of on-board systems, such as fuel levels, and hatch security.

ActionTrack Services Limited (ASL) have recently been approved by US Tapestry, making them one of a small exclusive 'club' of international companies that can offer this essential capability to security companies.

Reports

By using the web interface, the user can easily choose from a list of predefined report templates and have information for a specific unit and time period displayed in that format.

Optional Messaging

Nashita's tracking solution can also support limited messaging between the control center and the vehicles. By adding a DMT-500 terminal from Dilupe Inc, the vehicles will be able to send predefined messages to the control center or to receive any messages up to 128 characters from the control center.

Optional Live Navigation in Vehicle

Nashita's PTMap™ is a unique application based on Palm™ PDA devices. By connecting a Palm OS compatible device equipped with PTMap to SAT-101 terminals, the crew in the vehicle can view their position live, on any custom map.

Optionally, PTMap can also be used for sending and receiving messages.

Optional Customized Solutions

PTMLS Software

PTMLS (Palm Track Messaging and Location Server) will be used as the software suite for the control center (in case of using the optional Tracking Server located at the center). PTMLS is a product of Nashita's software developers and has been developed and continuously upgraded over the past 6 years.
